1. We don't accept late arrivals. We close at 10:00 PM. We do have a little flexibility but it must be arranged and approved in advance.
2. We can not guarantee selected beds. Beds are assigned when you arrive.
3. Laundry available for guests staying 3 days or longer.
4. If you wish to cancel please contact the owners directly who have the power to waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
5. Guess get FREE homemade blueberry waffles, syrup, coffee and tea.
