Our goal is to provide a safe and private space for those who require a stay for business or to experience the beauty which surrounds us, at a reasonable cost. Clean self-contained cute suite on lower level of our home. Furnished space with a comfortable Queen Murphy-style Bed. Private bathroom (shower located beside bathroom with a separate entrance) – both are strictly for Guest use. Kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, mini cooktop & kettle. No oven. Linens & dishes provided. Wi-Fi included, must have own Streaming Accounts. Parking for one vehicle available on driveway. Ample storage for personal items. Smoke/Vape Free Home. Friendly family cat (on upper level). 1/4 Acre yard with resident chickens. Please note: Entrance is through the Workshop & 'Mudroom' to access the suite. It is separate from the main door of the home; however, workshop may be accessed by owners at times. Guests have own space which includes a room with a bed, electric fireplace (wall mounted) for ambience and/or heat, TV with cable channels, streaming capability & DVD player for movies. 'Alexa’ for music, podcasts, weather & other information and to provide wakeup call if needed. This room can be closed and locked from the rest of the space that has a Kitchenette, bathroom & separate shower, island (converts to a table) and a desk. Any other amenities needed, please feel free to connect during your stay and we will do our best to provide. Please note, we do not offer concierge, shuttle, transport, or vacation itinerary services. We do our best to assist and provide information as needed during your stay. Turnaround time for replying to messages or calls is variable based on our family and work schedules. It is a low cost, clean, safe & simple suite for those who are self-reliant & confident in their travels. Not suitable for babies who are mobile or young children. Sorry, No pets.

Bus stops at our home, conveniently accessing all areas of Greater Victoria! Surrounded by farms and all the goodness they provide, including Farmer & Community Markets. Close in proximity to both YYJ Airport & BC Ferries (transport to Vancouver & the mainland with stunning views along the way). Island View Beach, a local treasure, is also very close by.
