Right in the middle of the city of Penticton. Close to beaches, vineyards, floating channel, and restaurants. Our home has been inspected and licensed by the city and we carry private insurance coverage for the Loft. We are very much involved with your stay,. Continental breakfast of bagels, fruits and coffee, tea are offered. We are extremely proud of the Loft. It is quiet and well appointed. Our kitchen becomes yours, with two outside bbq's to be used. We would love to be involved with your visit. We love Penticton, the vineyards and just hanging out. We want you to feel welcome and relaxed. Children...we say, but if you have a young one, please ask. We have two pets, one dog and one cat. If you have a pet, we welcome it. No smoking or street drugs. We ask courtesy and respect. Accidents happen..if there is a spill or mess please advise so we can clean it up. We are an all inclusive home and all are welcome. We offer a secure lock-up for bikes, wine and children. A naturist beach is a short drive away.

Sharon and I are both retired. I (Gary), am the number one dog walker, chief cook and bottle washer, laundry doer and over all a practicing ner 'do well. We can answer questions, make reservations, give directions, recommend vineyards and/or restaurants, get you a rental bike/helmet, lend you floaties for the channel. In other words...if you need/want it, and if it exists here..we will get it for you or steer you to it.

Bruce Court is a cul des sac, so no thru traffic. It is a quiet street and guests sleep very well. It is within 3 blocks of a shopping mall and with 5 minutes of pretty much everything in Penticton. Except the vineyards..you have to go there..or take a tour. Please note..we are NOT on a lake, not IN a vineyard. We are in the city..you have to drive/cyle 5 minutes or it's a 30 minute walk to either lake.
