Come relax at this luxurious legal basement suite located in a quiet neighborhood. The suite can comfortably host 4 people. There is a queen size bed in a spacious bedroom and a sleep sofa that coverts into a queen size bed in a large living area. Our Kitchen comes with high-end appliances. Laundry is free and on site. Free Street Parking is available. Perfect for singles, couples, or travelling friends. Long and short stays welcome!
We are a young family, who love traveling to see new places and having a good time. We also love hosting and getting to know new people. We are a few steps away from you when you need us.
The Luxurious basement suite is located in Rosenthal, a beautiful, blooming community that offers many walking trails, gardens, spray parks, playgrounds, and more. Grocery stores, plazas, restaurants and gas stations are just 3mins drive away. Amenity rich, Rosenthal is located near some of Edmonton’s biggest attractions including West Edmonton Mall, 15mins drive from the rental, the River Cree Resort and Casino, 6mins drive from the rental and West Henday Promenade, 8mins drive from the rental. Major routes such as Anthony Henday Drive and Whitemud Drive are just 6mins and 4mins drive away making this community easily accessible from all areas of the city. Downtown Edmonton is reachable within 20mins drive. YEG is also reachable within 30mins drive. There is free street parking in the neighborhood. With a car, you should be able get any where in Edmonton within 20-40mins max. There is also some public transportation close by. Uber or lyft are at the property with 6mins max, after ordering for a ride
