Enjoy beautiful calming ocean views and natural scenery right from your window! Inn of The Sea Resort is a multi-unit property located right on the ocean in a quite area of the Ladysmith region of Vancouver Island. We are conveniently located 15 minutes by car from Nanaimo Airport and 30 minutes from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. This listing is for Sunrise Cove Apt (Unit 4), a private 2bed/2bath condo with a fully outfitted kitchen and living space. Oceanview's abound from this unit and the private balcony! Enjoy the many onsite amenities, including: * Communal Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub with ocean views (open from May to October) * Tennis court * Playground for kids * Grassy areas for games and activities * Communal outdoor BBQ's and tables * Dock to ocean - great for fishing and crabbing! * Outdoor fire pit * Communal vegetable garden * Parking * Self-service laundry room with washing machine and dryer (extra charge) Inn of The Sea Resort is a legally licensed property for short term vacation rentals. You will have private and exclusive access to the whole apartment, including the balcony. The hot tub, swimming pool, playground, tennis court, laundry room, fireplace, and barbecue area are shared with other renters & owners from Inn of The Sea Resort. This private apartment includes: * 2 large bedrooms with TV and DVD players, extra blankets, and sea views. The beds are big and comfortable. * 2 bathrooms (1 in the main bedroom) * Kitchen: retractable table, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. From the kitchen, it is possible to see and interact with those in the living room and have a panoramic view of the sea and the pool. * Living Room: There is a sofa bed, two swivel armchairs, a smart TV with a DVD player, and an electric fireplace. We offer books, games, and several DVD movie options. * Private Balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the amazing ocean views
