Property information

If you need to park please see the pictures. This room is a B&B located in the basement with an independent kitchen, kitchen utensils, tableware, and a cloakroom; two people share a bathroom, a 30m² space, and a large double bed room. You can use the microwave oven located on the first floor to heat food, and there are a variety of tableware for you to use for free. There is a paid laundry room located on the ground floor (CAD 5/item). Long-term guests staying for more than one month (single 1,200 CAD/month, double 1,500 CAD/month) can use the shared kitchen and laundry room on the first floor for free. NOTE: Parking spaces require reservation. If smoking is required, move outside.
