Spacious and Stylish private room close to York Mills and Bayview subway stations in a quite neighborhood. A spacious design features a king bed, shared bathroom, working desk. Free Parking is included. Please check full listing description for more details and shared amenities. Walk to grocery store and restaurants. Perfect for savvy budget travelers who deserve quality stay. Features include: - 1 King bed with a Luxury Posturepedic mattress - 50 inch Smart TV - Fridge, Freezer (in kitchen) - Oven, Stove, Microwave (in kitchen) - Coffee Machine (in kitchen) - Cookware, plates, utensils, cups, glasses (in kitchen) - Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher (in kitchen) - Wireless Internet (WiFi) - Large closet, hangers - Iron and ironing board - Shower, towels, soap, shampoo - Cleaning supplies - One free parking included (subject to availability) - The guest can access without host with touch tone key lock. The number will be released to the guest close to their arrival date -Your room directions will be provided in the instructions. You will also have access to a shared bathroom & shared kitchen. -Laundry room is in the kitchen - laundry hours are from 6pm-10pm - Kitchen is fully equipped and will be shared by other people. Your room is spacious to have a desk, bed, Smart TV, closet. There are other guests in the house and you are expected to be considerate about other guests' quiet time between 10 pm to 8 am.
