In a few minutes you are in the center of Lenzerheide with numerous restaurants, shops and have access to the sports bus. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The living room is very spacious, it offers a seating and dining area as well as a reading corner and invites you to linger. From the sunny south-facing balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountains. You will also find a bathroom with bathtub/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Delonghi machine, raclette and fondue dishes. There is a parking space for your car in the underground car park and a visitor parking space in front of the house. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the laundry room in the basement for general use for a fee.
