Luxurious 3-room newly renovated apartment with direct slopes access, featuring: 2 master bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom; fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen; living room with dining area, sitting area with sofa-bed, WC, home-office area, 51" internet TV screen; 2 balconies with mountain and slopes views, East, North and West exposure. Ideally located close to the Mossettes ski-run and about 300m from the TGV Mossettes chairlift, with direct car access and parking place at the chalet's entrance. Ideal also for walks or Cross-country skiing. Home-office grade internet connection with two independent 5G WiFi hot-spots.
We fully transformed and renovated this apartment in 2020 to fit our preferences, and occupy it when we need a break from city life or just when sensing the call of the high mountains. Renting it when we do not use it increases our ability to keep it up to date with high standards, and increases our enjoyment by sharing this gem with others. Cleaning and local support are performed by a local enterprise.
Les Crosets, in the municipality of Val d’Illiez, is situated 1670 meters above sea level. Today, approximately fifty residents live in year-round, two sport stores provide during the season complete equipment and related goods. A small grocery, approximately ten restaurants and some hotels complement the services offering. The first ski lift was created in 1959 as well as a small snack bar in its departure. Part of the Portes du Soleil Switzerland / France ski domain, it has access 650 km of ski-runs with approximately 200 ski lifts. For winter hikers, 8 rackets paths charm you through the resorts of Les Crosets and Champoussin. A gourmet, a route was designed especially for your palate. In Summer, you can take advantage of several hiking tracks, and Mountain bike elais between the lake Léman and Mont Blanc offer unlimited possibilities.
