Situated on the 1st floor of a new building, this 125m2 3.5-room apartment offers relaxed luxury in an urban location. The spacious dining/living area with open, high quality, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, sunny balcony. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. There is an integrated laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The new building is close to the Interlaken Ost railway station and bus stops. WiFi and a garage parking space are included in the rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
