The fine print
Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
Please call the hotel from the free phone at the hotel information board by the train station. The hotel can pick you up for free between 08:00 and 18:00 (after 18:00 only if the porter is available.)
Please inform Hotel Hemizeus & Iremia Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of CHF 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
