The magnificent Casa Bluette stands among the magnificent peaks of the Calanca Valley, in the small town of Selma, located in the Moesa region of the Canton of Grisons. The building has just been built and therefore is newly manufactured as well as the interior fittings, designed to give a feeling of familiarity and hospitality, using excellent quality furnishings. The Bluette house is arranged over 3 floors: on the first we find the large kitchen designed for moments of sharing during meal times, with a comfortable toilet attached. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, with everything necessary for rest and luggage, and finally the large attic on the third floor which has a large and bright space with two comfortable sofa beds, where you can enjoy a excellent view in a special corner designed for your relaxation.
Selma is a small, very quiet village with few inhabitants, located in the wonderful Val Calanca, valley completely protected from the transit of traffic, where the Val Calanca Park presides with its uncontaminated nature, which offers you the possibility of making interesting excursions, offering you breathtaking landscapes in which you can enjoy a regenerating silence. Lake Calvaresc is an inevitable destination and has become the spokesperson symbol of this valley, precisely because of its original shape that recalls that of a heart. Although the Val Calanca Park is the smallest in Switzerland, it still holds the title of first Regional Natural Park in Italian-speaking Switzerland. In addition to the views, the park is also very rich in flora and fauna, including ibex, deer, chamois and the golden eagle which, with a little luck, you may have the opportunity to admire.
