There are 95 stairs, SO IF STAIRS ARE A PROBLEM THIS APARTMENT IS NOT FOR YOU. Please also note that the cleaning fee is to ensure you have a nice, clean apartment, with fresh sheets, mopped floors, clean bathroom.
