Property information

The modern and bright apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can be reached from the pedestrian entrance by going down one floor. It consists of four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a French bed, and two with two single beds each. The property has two bathrooms: the first with a double sink, toilet, and bathtub; the second with a shower box, single sink, and toilet. There is also a TV room with a three-seater sofa. The living room with an open-plan kitchen creates a particularly welcoming environment. The terrace, which extends along the living room and TV room, offers an unparalleled view of the mountains of the beautiful Engadine. Two covered outdoor parking spaces are provided, one behind the other. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a small storage room for skis, boots, and jackets, for exclusive use.

The Chesa Rivarel lies in the Pontresinaer Ortsteil Muragl, only 10 minutes from historischen Ortskern entfernt. The Langlaufloipen sind direkt von der Wohnung aus erreichbar. The Standseilbahn Muottas Muragl führt zu einem der schönsten Aussichtspunkte des Tals und liegt nur 1,2 km von der Wohnung entfernt. St. Moritz is 5 km away. The next Bushestelle is Pontresina Godin in 350 Meter Entfernung. In the summer we are in the winter where we go directly to the home.
