Please note before booking: Our accommodation is part of a private house and not a hotel, with clear house rules – these are part of your booking and are designed to ensure respectful interaction. We attach great importance to careful use of the furnishings and conscious energy consumption. Lights and appliances must be turned off when you are not present, and windows and doors must be closed. For safety and comfort reasons, our apartment is not suitable for toddlers and babies. Bookings are only possible with children 7 years and older. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please ensure that children no longer run around the apartment after this time to ensure peace and quiet for everyone. Please leave the apartment tidy and in good condition upon departure, in accordance with the check-out instructions. The maximum number of people staying in the apartment must not be exceeded. Communication will take place exclusively via the booking message channel. Deposit: A cash deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival. This will be fully refunded on the day of departure after an inspection of the accommodation – provided no violations of rules or excessive dirt are found.

The bus stop is a few minutes' walk away, and a bus leaves for Thun train station every 10 minutes. The journey is also very pleasant by public transport. Steffisburg offers everything for everyday use. Shops can be reached in 2 minutes by car or about 13 minutes on foot. Our region offers many great excursion options. From here the door is open to outdoor activities, relaxation and comfort. Be it a quick bike ride down the Goldiwiltrail, a relaxed pedalo ride on Lake Thun, or one of countless beautiful hikes along the Aare, Zulg or Emme. Swimming at/in Lake Thun, or a visit to the Affoltern i.e. cheese dairy. Other sights in the immediate vicinity such as the Jungfraujoch, the Piz Gloria restaurant on the Schilthorn with the 007 Museum, the Beatus Caves, many castles around Lake Thun. With the cog railway to the Schynige Platte, or the towns of Interlaken or Grindelwald, are just a few examples. The top ski areas of the Bernese Oberland: Jungfrau region 46km, Adelboden-Lenk 46km, Grindelwald 44km, Meiringen-Hasliberg 64km.
