Le studio est idéalement situé au centre du village de Haute-Nendaz. Proche des commerces et de toutes les commodités. Orienté à l'ouest, il dispose d'une bonne luminosité et d'un emplacement calme. Au deuxième étage du Valaisia, le studio est desservi par un ascenseur. Il bénéficie également d'un balcon, un local à skis et d'une buanderie commune. La literie est constituée d'un canapé dépliable en lit de qualité supérieure (160cm). Le linge de lit est fourni et compris dans la nuitée.
