Our apartments can be booked at reduced rates during the soft opening from April 1, 2025. We ask for your understanding that during the soft opening, from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., work will still be taking place inside and outside the building. This may affect the comfort of your stay. The work includes in particular: - Expansion of basement compartments, including installation of washing machines and dryers - Facade renovation on the west and east sides (reduced daylight due to scaffolding and window coverings – the scaffolding will only be erected on one side of the building at a time, so that each apartment has at least one side without restrictions) - Forecourt design (particularly relevant for the apartments on the ground floor)
