For check-out, we kindly ask that you notify us about 24 hours before your check-out time: a member of our staff will meet you to check the apartment and greet you upon departure. Late check-in after 20:00 and early check-out before 8:00 is possible on request at an extra cost: ask the Quokka Team for availability and cost. PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

This luxurious 195 sqm apartment is organized into spacious, well-appointed rooms with high-standard finishes. The large open-plan living room consists of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa where you can devote yourself to relaxing, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or reading a book; next to it is the dining area with a table for 6/8 people. Behind, is the modern kitchen, with a central island, complete and equipped with the latest appliances and everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The living room has a totally glass wall, from which you can access the large terrace of 65 square meters: it is here that you will enjoy the wonderful landscape of the lake, eating outdoors on the table for 8 people, sunbathing on the deckchairs or relaxing in the corner furnished with sofas and armchairs for 6. Everyone has their own privacy with the 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room with two single beds, making the apartment perfect for both families and groups of friends or business stays. In addition, there is a walk-in closet to store the wardrobe of even the longest stays. There are also 3 bathrooms, two full, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and a half bath. Concluding the apartment is a laundry room with private washer and dryer.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Nearby: Minusio is a picturesque town overlooking Lake Maggiore. From Minusio it is possible to walk or bike to the town of Locarno along the magnificent scenic lakefront path: as you travel along it, you will discover period villas, restaurants, cafes, and beaches, all the way to the Muralto lakefront, Lido di Locarno, Peace Park, and Camellia Park. Locarno can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.
Numerous boats depart from the Locarno pier for a tour of the most beautiful villages on the lake. How to get there:
By car, from the A13 highway take the Orselina/Brione/Muralto/Minusio exit and set the GPS: in 5/6 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. By train, from Locarno station take bus No. 1 direction "Gordola, Centro Professionale" for 6 stops and get off at "Minusio, Esplanade" stop. In 6 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
