The Rheinfelderhof hotel enjoys a central location in Basel, 200 metres from the trade fair and 3 minutes' walk from the city centre. A tram stop can be found in front of the hotel. Guests receive a BaselCard upon check in. This Guest Card includes complementary use of Public Transport within Basel City and surroundings (Zone 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15, including Euroairport), free WiFi, as well as discounts on admission to cultural and leisure activities. Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please be advised that the lift will be out of service from 5 August to 7 October due to scheduled maintenance.
Please note that the restaurant will be closed from 28 July until the 14 October for kitchen renovations.
Guests with half board can have dinner at Restaurant Alexander, a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast will continue to be served on the 1st floor in the Rheinfelderhof.
