Within the building we have 5 apartments under management: VILLASIMIUS 18 - Cozy 90 m² apartment located on the top floor of a quiet residential building in Celerina, directly across from the train station and just 300 meters from the Marguns cable car. The apartment is bright and laid out on a single level, featuring a spacious living and dining area, a sunny terrace with panoramic views of Muottas Muragl, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and three bedrooms (one double, one twin that can be converted into a double, and one with bunk beds). Two bathrooms, a private washing machine, shared laundry facilities, and other useful amenities complete the property. Outdoor parking is not guaranteed. The 3-bedroom apartment of 80 square meters on the third floor without elevator. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one double, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. Living room with dining area looking over all of Celerina and access to balcony. Kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with tub and bidet. Outside parking space not guaranteed. The 80-square-meter apartment on the fourth floor without elevator has a living room with sofa area and dining table and charming views of Celerina and the Muottas Muragl. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds. Two bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub. Well-equipped kitchen. Communal laundry room. Outside parking space not guaranteed.
