This beautiful apartment for 4 guests offers 3 beds. Enjoy a private balcony with views and access to a small shared garden. Located near the ski slopes and hiking trails, it's ideal for exploring Zermatt in any season. Perfect for a stay with family or friends. The apartment features a freshly renovated and fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The dining table seats up to 4 guests, perfect for sharing meals together. The bright living room includes a large, comfortable sofa and a TV with cable channels (not a smart TV). It opens onto a private balcony with a small table, ideal for enjoying the view with a coffee in hand. There are two bedrooms: – One with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and storage space for personal belongings – The other with a king-size bed (180 cm) and closet space for your clothes. You'll also find a compact but functional bathroom with a shower. Outside, a small shared garden is available for residents of the building. Sun loungers and an outdoor table are provided so you can relax or dine in the sunshine. There are no additional charges except for the tourist tax, which is due after the booking is confirmed. This municipal tax applies to all stays in Switzerland and helps fund local cultural, sports, and tourism infrastructure. Laundry fees, including bed linens and towels, are included. Zermatt is a car-free village, so no parking is available on-site. Guests must leave their vehicle in Täsch and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. Please note that there is no laundry facility in the apartment. The small garden is a shared outdoor space, accessible to all residents of the building.
