Wayne is a New Zealander with Cook Islands heritage,. Katya is Russian. We have had a long-held dream of having a home in Rarotonga and are so happy to have achieved this for our family.
Informace o ubytování
Welcome to Are'ora. This name means "the house for living", and is the name of our ancestors village on the island of Atiu. We know you will enjoy your stay in our home in Rarotonga as much as we do when we visit.
Are’ora is a new (2019) home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large deck. It is fully furnished with everything required to enjoy your stay. It has ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The lounge has a TV with a large selection of in-house movies and tv programs. Wifi is available onsite but will need to be paid for by guests using vouchers which can be purchased from local retailers.
Are’ora is located on the western side of Rarotonga, with garden and mountain views. There are many beaches within a 5 – 10 minute drive, and Muri is 20 minutes away.
There are also many nice resorts, restaurants/bars nearby, while the airport and Avarua township are < 10 minutes drive.
The beach is a 2 minutes walk, and is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and strolling. Across the road is a bar/restaurant where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets accompanied by a cold beer or a lovely cocktail.

As mentioned above the village of Arorangi is very well located. Nothing is far away, and to the contrary many of the best things about Rarotonga are literally within walking distance.
