This property located opposite your own private beach is a newly renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom fully self-contained house. It has a fully equipped Kitchen with all the mod cons needed to help make your stay enjoyable. Included are a Dishwasher, Microwave , Commercial oven and all the little appliances. There is a Washing machine, and Laundry room. Each bedroom has an Aircon.
The best thing about the house is it has lots of space! You aren’t climbing over each other! There are several places to sit and lounge about. We have a digital TV and FREE unlimited wi-fi!
We also have a BBQ outside.
The house can sleep 6 persons with the bedroom configuration being 2 x Queen bedrooms and 1 x twin single bedroom (also one 1 x Queen bedroom can be split into twin singles if required.) All furnishings are brand new throughout the property.
We also have Kayaks available for use.
Catherine your host is owner/manager of Kaia Villas which is located 100m inland from Mina's House and she also manages Hawaiki Villas across the road. She lives onsite inland and is available to assist you for your needs. She has experience with managing units in Rarotonga and Aitutaki and looks forward to welcoming you to Paradise and helping make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Tikioki is a quiet village on the south-side of the island next to Muri. Close to Muri Night Market, restaurants, bars, shops and cafes are 10 minutes' walk from the villas. Tikioki has the best beaches and lagoon on Rarotonga for snorkeling, kayaking and swimming from your own private beach located directed opposite the property.
