Fully equipped and remodeled apartment. Spectacular eastern view towards the Santiago mountain range and towards Cerro San Cristobal, North view, 20th floor, 6 minutes walk from the Ñuble Metro and 1.5km from the National Stadium (walking, 20 min). It has purified water from a bottle as a courtesy to our guests, double acoustic thermo panel in the main room, air conditioning, game console, washing machine, swimming pool for adults and children in the common area, children's game room, barbecue areas on the roof and first floor, very equipped kitchen, flat screen in master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with bathtub and another guest bathroom in the common hallway. It has exclusive parking for the department, without extra charge inside the building; Surveillance 24 hours a day with camera and concierges.
