Payment method is via Credit Card. The property accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Dinners, etc). Guest also have the option to pay via bank transfer. Smoking/party evidence will result in stay termination and 200 USD fee. A picture of National Identification Document or Passport must be sent before check in date for security purposes. Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guests CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
