Located in the El Golf de Las Condes neighborhood, a few steps from the El Golf and Tobalaba metro stations. Close to shopping centers such as Costanera Center and Parque Arauco. Located just 10 minutes walk from Sanhattan business district. The "Select by Time" apartments are decorated in an urban style and have modern kitchens with ceramic hob, air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom with shower, and modern equipment. All apartments are soundproofed. “Select by Time” has a seasonal outdoor pool and a gym. It also has several rooms of different sizes for meetings and events. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. Free on-site parking is provided. Rugendas restaurant, which belongs to the same chain and is located a few meters from the property, serves a premium buffet breakfast daily.
