This is a nice, large and comfortable apartment, located in the Bastos district in Yaoundé. It is located near the main road of the district and is close to some trendy cafes and restaurants in the capital, schools, supermarkets, churches, police station, dry cleaning and pharmacy. Very convenient for long or short stays between adults or for a family wanting to enjoy comfort at a very affordable price. Benefits from secure parking 24/7 and a water reserve and a generator. It has been completely renovated and air-conditioned. A daily cleaning service, except Sunday. Nice view from the terrace.

The neighborhood is mainly made up of fairly chic residences and apartment buildings, as well as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacies, and a few schools. The road is paved and security guards guard the entrances to the various buildings nearby. Weekday evenings are relatively quiet, while weekends are livelier without disturbing the tranquility of the place.
