Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. All rooms come with a private bathroom with Western-style toilet and air conditioning. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with wood carvings, bamboo furniture and old Chinese advertisements. Lovely views of Yulong River Valley, mountains and rice fields can all be enjoyed on the terrace. Guests can arrange activities at the tour desk such as hiking, cycling or bamboo rafting. Chinese cooking courses, Kung Fu lessons, Tai Chi instructions and calligraphy classes are all provided upon request. Movies, books and games are all available in the DVD room. A fine selection of Western food and authentic local dishes are served. The guest house is 4.4 km from Darongshu Scenic Area, 4.4 km from Yangshuo Bus Station and 4.7 km from Yangshuo West Street. Guilin Liangjiang International Airport is 66 km away.
