Temporary stay suite on the secong floor with a terrace and direct access to the pools. Fully furnished and equipped, it offers access to the condominium's pools and gym. The suite features a double bed (1.40 m) and a pair of sofa bed (1.30 m wide, 1.20 m when opened for sleeping), nightstands, and a closet. There is a kitchenette with a table and two chairs for breakfast. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy the weather and drink. Upon arrival, you will find WiFi and cable TV service, along with complimentary bathroom items such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper, as well as a hairdryer. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing detergent, a sponge, and a roll of paper towels. Please note: our suite does not offer housekeeping services, and towels are replaced every three days. The suite measures 35 m² and is located just 100 meters from the beach. Payment is made via bank transfer. Condominium conditions: The pools are not heated; children's pools have a depth of 50 cm. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. There is 24-hour concierge service. About the area: Bello Horizonte, in Pozos Colorados, is one of the city's most rapidly appreciating areas. It boasts a wide, expansive beach with fine white sand, bordered by the Caribbean Sea. The area is known for its high-end tourism offerings. Nearby is the Zazué shopping center, featuring upscale shops, a gastronomic sector, and a supermarket.
