The 24-hour front desk can arrange a free transfer to and from the airport, as well as massage sessions at the spa centre. There is a tour desk, and laundry and dry cleaning services are available. El Dorado Airport is conveniently located 7 km from the hotel, and the historic centre of the city of Bogotá is 16 km away. Corferias Convention Centre is a 5-minute drive away. Free parking is available. 10th Floor Club Level: Breakfast and snack service in the afternoon will be suspended from December 24, 2023 until January 15, 2024. For breakfast you can go down to the fireplace restaurant or order any breakfast option from the Room Service menu to your room at no additional cost. For afternoon snacks there will be a special menu that will be left in the rooms according to reservations and can be eaten in our Hashi environment or also ordered through Room Service.
