Hello! We are Rosa and Dave and we are the owners of RMD Property Management & Hotel Daleese, Uvita. We moved to Costa Rica in 2022 with our children and bought our little piece of paradise, our Boutique Hotel and also started our Boutique Management company. Uvita is a small town close to many amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, souvenir shops and restaurants. The Marino Ballena national park and beach is less than a 5 minute drive away plus all the other amazing activities to do in the surrounding area like Surfing, ATVing, Whale watching, Scuba diving, Waterfall hunting and so much more! All of the rentals in Uvita are perfectly situated on quiet roads and serves as a cozy space surrounded by mature palms and amazing mountain views. Pura Vida!
