Charming new hill top casita entices with a bird's-eye balcony view of green mountains, sunsets and tropical birds, butterflies and animals while you work with 75mb internet. Nestled on a hill of our small town in Grecia, Alajuela (sunny climate during the day, and cool at night) Close to bus stop and mini supermarkets. 1.15 hr to San Jose, 35 min to the airport 1hr 1/2 to Jaco, Hermosa and Puntarenas, Arenal (hot springs) 1hr Poas Volcano and national parks. 1hr to Bajos del Toro
We live on the property and we are the first house at the bottom of hill. We have internet access at all times and can chat. Or you can call me at my local number. We are mostly accessible all day and afternoon as I work from home. My husband and I are locals, speak English and knowledgeable of the area.
