Relax in a comfortable 2 bed 2 bath apt with balcony. I invite you to stay at a clean and bright apt in Avalon Country Club.The complex is great for biz travel, family vacation, home working, medical tourism. It has amazing amenities (swimming pool, restaurant, lounge, gym, lap pool, playground, soccer, tennis).24 7 h security. The restaurant is just by the pool, it is a great place not only to eat but also to work with views! Sunsets here are amazing! Food is great and they offer room service! The space Cozy apartment is located on the second floor, it has a balcony with a view of the trees and mountains/city. The building has an elevator. It is always clean and well organized. Open, fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer, dining area, living room with a comfy sofa, TV, A/C, ceiling fan and a balcony with a table and couple chairs. Master bedroom with king size bed and luxury sheets, new bedding, A/C and ceiling fan. Blackout shades and a walk in closet. Master bathroom with a shower. Second bedroom with a full bed, new luxury bedding, closet, ceiling fan and blackouts. The Second bathroom with shower is in the hall. 1 free parking space. WIFI 100 Mgs.

The complex is within a few minutes distance from the best restaurants and entertainment in Santa Ana, just a couple minutes from the highway which makes it easily accessible if you travel here for work or vacation. 1 h to the closest beach and 30 mim from the airport.
