El Pargo Feliz asub Montezumas, Montezuma rannast 60 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. Mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud majutusasutus asub Montezuma joast 1,3 km kaugusel. Kõikides tubades on kirjutuslaud ja voodipesu. Tubadel on aiavaatega rõdu. Majutusasutuse El Pargo Feliz merevaatega tubades on privaatne vannituba, kus on dušš ja tasuta tualetitarbed. Tubades on seif. Majutusasutuse külalised saavad Montezumas ja selle ümbruses rattaga sõita ja teisi tegevusi harrastada. Tortuga saar on majutusasutusest El Pargo Feliz 29 km kaugusel. Lähim lennujaam on Tambori lennujaam, mis jääb 15 km kaugusele.
Majutuse asukoht meeldib eriti paaridele – nad on andnud sellele hindeks 9,5.
