The apartments are new and fully equipped (all kitchen utensils), 2 TV, high speed wifi, hammocks, coffeemaker, high quality mattresses, sheets and towels, laundry room, microwave, toast, blender, glasses, wine glasses, parking for 1 car. Are great located, 10 min drive from the International Airport, perfect for people who travel for business or pleasure. Can book for long term stay, ask for special rates. 4 blocks from Alajuela downtown (Central Park, Parque Juan Santamaría). Even the apartment is located in Alajuela down town, the area is very quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning and afternoon. For shopping grossieries & delicattesen, the apartments are located 400 meters from AutoMercado (the fanciest supermarket in Costa Rica). There is also a small supermarket AMPM 24 hours 3 blocks from the apartments. For other kind of shopping, the newest & largest mall in Central America, the City Mall is located right next to the airport, also 10 min from the apartments. For restaurants, bars & movie theaters you also can visit Plaza Real Alajuela (8 minutes from the Apartments).
Soy una persona a la que le gustan los retos y por eso me mantengo muy activa. Siempre me gustó la idea de construir y a pesar de que mi profesión es muy diferente a la de ingeniera o arquitecta, Dios me dio la oportunidad, decidí arriesgarme y comencé a trabajar en este nuevo proyecto. Durante un año le dediqué gran parte de mi tiempo y pensé en cada detalle para que cuando un huésped ingresara se sintiera como en su propio hogar. Y sigo trabajando para que así sea!! Since we're in downtown Alajuela, there are healthcare services available, drugstores, etc. 1 hour drive from Poás Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, Puntarenas, Punta Leona & Jaco Beach. On Fridays & Saturdays you can visit the Feria del Agricultor in Alajuela (Farmer's Fair) where you can find many kinds of fresh fruits & vegetables. Alajuela down town is only 4 blocks from the apartments, so you can walk around and there are many small restaurants and coffees. The bus station to go to San José is only 100 mts from the apartments. (Wil take 30 min aprox to get to San José). The taxi stop is only 100 mts from the apartments.
