This is a brandnew luxury 3-bedroom apartment, with incredible amenities, perfect for families. It is located in Playa Langosta, the most upscale neighborhood of the area, only a few steps from the beach. Fully equipped, with a comfortable size, fast internet speed and fabulous ranchos with pools, all has been designed for your dream stay either for vacations. The condo has 24h security and is perfectly situated, just 5 min from Tamarindo downtown with its bars, restaurants and stores. The space The apartment features a beautifully decorated living room with a big flat TV, a dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 comfortable terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a big flat TV, its private terrace, a closet and bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, an office desk, a closet, its private terrace and a flat TV. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a closet. The apartment has A/C in every room. The apartment is brand-new and decorated in an modern art style. All the furniture, the bedsheets, towels, pillows and house appliances are brand-new and of superior quality. The condominium amenities include 24h security (with guards and cameras), indoor parking, elevator, 2 different pool areas, each with its own main swimming pool, a kids safe pool, a large jacuzzi and comfortable pergolas with barbecue, outdoor kitchen, TV, dining space, bathrooms and shower.
