Our property is unique in being directly above the town of Uvita with beautiful ocean views. We are centrally located giving easy access to the coastal highway for northerly or southerly escapes along the coast. You do not need a 4x4 to access the property and you can walk to the Marino Ballena National Park in 25 minutes and to the BM supermarket in 15 minutes. Our nature setting attracts many birds and you will wake up to birds singing and see the ocean as you drink your morning coffee. We have frequent toucan visitors, parrot "fly-overs", and lots of chacalacas (large flying "turkey-like" birds with a unique song.
I am an American who has worked in Latin America for over 20 years - living in Puerto Rico, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Costa Rica. My last stop was CR and I have made it my home. I am from Wisconsin and you will see various "G"s on the property in honor of the Green Bay Packers. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The property is about 300 meters up the mountain behind the town of Uvita, It is a quiet little neighborhood on a dirt road with several houses in view but unimpeded views of the ocean from our property.
