Vila Cabral Apartments are part of a complex on the beautiful Cabral Beach Road just outside of Sal Rei. The complex has a swimming pool which is open all year round, and also a poolside bar and restaurant, serving snacks and meals all day. The main town of Sal Rei is about a 15 minute walk from the apartments, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Our apartments are furnished to a good standard, and are all rented with towels and bedding supplied. We also supply a local mobile phone preloaded with 2 Euro worth of credit, so that you can use it to help contact taxi's, restaurants or to help book activities. It also allows you to contact me directly if you have any problems, meaning that we can resolve these immediately and let you carry on enjoying your stay.
Hi, my name is Matt and I live here at the Vila Cabral Apartments in Boa Vista. My wife and I have lived here since Jan 2014 and now call Boa Vista home. Whilst you stay here we are always available to help sort any problems you may incur but hopefully to give you any advice you may require to help make your stay more enjoyable. Speaking the local language helps us to be able to interact with the locals, and therefore offer you great advice if you wish to organise trips or activities.
Boa Vista is a great island to visit. It offers a wide selection of water sports including kite surfing, wind surfing, kayaking, snorkelling, scuba diving and jet skiing. For those people just looking to relax, we have fantastic beaches, perfect for spending that lazy day, and maybe a cocktail or 2 at one of the beautiful beach bars on Estoril Beach. Head inland and the terrain gets a bit more rugged, so why not hire a 4x4, a quad bike or a dirt bike and explore. For those who don't want to drive let one of the local drivers take you out in a pick up for the day. Pick the right time of year and see our amazing wildlife. April/May brings the humpback whales to the shores of Boa Vista, Whilst between July and September thousand of loggerhead turtles come to the beaches to lay their eggs. Once you've finished your day spend the evening at one of the local bars or restaurants where you can listen to local music or enjoy a local beer, or delight in a plate of fresh tuna or lobster. Whatever sort of person you are there is something to offer in Boa Vista.
