I would like to introduce myself to you; I am Michaela and together with my partner Hans we have had this unique villa built with great pride. We wanted a villa where you can stay with several people but still have your own privacy. We are regularly found on the island and wanted to create a "home away from home" with this villa. All ingredients are present to enjoy this peaceful house. We want to work as environmentally friendly as possible. Waste of energy does not suit a beautiful island like Curaçao. The rental price is therefore exclusive of water and electricity. Consumption of water and electricity will be deducted from your deposit.

Looking for the ultimate tropical getaway? Look no further than our beautiful 70m² apartment, located in the heart of the highly sought-after Vista Royal luxury villa neighborhood on the stunning island of Curaçao. Our apartment is part of a unique tropical mini resort designed to provide ample privacy and comfort, and is perfect for groups of up to four people. You can even rent out the adjacent apartment and penthouse on the upper floor for larger groups! The mini resort boasts a large (magnesium) swimming pool and a spacious tropical garden with plenty of sun loungers, hammock chairs, and two large palapas, offering the perfect place to soak up the sun or cool off in the shade. Inside, our apartment features two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, and a beautifully decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, and Nespresso coffee machine. You can even step outside and enjoy the view of the swimming pool from your own private covered porch!

Neighborhood info

Jan Thiel is the best known and nicest part of Curaçao where there is something to experience for both young and old. For many Dutch people this is also a very popular vacation spot. In Jan Thiel you will find many facilities, such as the famous beach clubs, restaurants and the beautiful sandy beach called; Jan Thiel Beach. If you also want to admire Curaçao on or under water, you can also go snorkeling, diving or even kite surfing very well here. Do you prefer to relax, sunbathe and shop? Then the Jan Thiel Bay is also the ideal location to be on holiday. Jan Thiel is also very centrally located, so you don't have to sit in the car for hours. If you want to go out for a day you will be in the capital Willemstad within + - 20 minutes. Also the airport of Curaçao, Hato airport, is easily accessible from Jan Thiel
