The origins of NOOM date back to 2013, when Dutch-born couple Maria and Rob started managing their first vacation rental villa on the Caribbean island of Curacao.
Their educational background and experience in International Hotel Management, soon contributed to many happy guests who highly appreciated the villa quality together with the team of NOOM Curacao their personal approach to authentic service.
NOOM has grown into a full-service vacation rental management company, with a selection of high-quality homes, villas and apartments, that are serviced, maintained and rented out by the NOOM team.
Today, the NOOM team members are all passionate about creating magnificent guest experiences.

Welcome to our stunning property in Brakkeput Abou, just a 5-minute drive from Jan Thiel Beach! This modern property offers two accommodations: a luxurious villa with breathtaking views and a cozy private studio. Rent them separately or together for the perfect stay, whether you're a couple, family, or group.
The Villa:
Built in 2019, this stylish villa overlooks the Spanish Water, Table Mountain, and Caracas Bay. Designed for outdoor living, it features a tropical garden, a refreshing swimming pool, and modern amenities.
Spacious & Comfortable: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, and a cozy living area.
Outdoor Living: The dining and lounge areas are on a large porch connected to the pool deck. Enjoy the unique outdoor bathtub!
Relax & Unwind: Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and a rooftop terrace with stunning views.
Extras: A utility room with a washing machine, an extra fridge, and direct access to a clothesline.
The Studio:
Located below the villa, this charming and private studio is ideal for two guests. With its own entrance and terrace, it provides a peaceful escape.
Cozy & Well-Equipped: Features a double bed (160x200cm), an open bathroom with a rain shower, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Relaxing Space: A comfortable seating area, built-in wardrobe, and TV.
Private Outdoor Area: Enjoy your terrace.

WiFi is included, utility costs are charged separately.
Secure & Private parking: The property is fully enclosed with an electric gate and has ample parking. The studio shares the driveway with the villa but has a separate entrance.
