The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with patio doors, which make the room one with the spacious terrace when open. With a children's play corner and a refreshing swimming pool with paddling pool, there is something to do for every family member. This also makes this accommodation very suitable for children. You can enjoy privacy on your own terrace overlooking a beautiful garden full of butterflies, flowers and tropical plants. The spacious living room with open kitchen provides an open connection with the indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Quooker, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, induction hob and an American fridge with freezer compartment. The house is equipped with 220 volt sockets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a private bathroom and comfortable double beds. There is also the possibility to add a single bed in one of the rooms for an additional fee. The outdoor area offers a nice lounge set and dining area where you can enjoy the cool breeze that is always present. Additional information: Please note that our rates are including the costs of water usage. Electricity however is not included in the room rate. The costs for electricity are EUR 0,50 per KwH. The average use is approximately 10 KwH per night per room (when the airconditioning runs for 8 hours at 25 degrees Celsius). A damage deposit of USD 300 or EUR 300 is required. This must be credited to the account no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. The deposit will be settled after check-out, after checking for any damage to the accommodation.
