We look forward to welcome you to our villa and will do our best to help you plan your days with ideas about activities, excersions, things to do and places to explore! We speak Greek, English and Russian.

Property information

Our villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, with a veranda overlooking the pool and garden, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. All rooms have air conditioning. Other facilities: free parking for 2 cars, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing. For your comfortable stay on site there is a private swimming pool with water toys for children, beach umbrella with sunbeds, barbecue area. We even have a canoe for the more adventurous! Our villa is ideal for a quiet family vacation and to enjoy the warm sunny summer of Cyprus and the most beautiful beaches of Protaras.

Neighbourhood information

Amphitrite villa is located in “Kapparis” of Protaras (Paralimni), only 150 metres from beautiful sandy Malama Beach, ideal for swimming with its warm and calm waters. Water sports are also provided and there is a very nice cafe restaurant with fantastic sea views. The house is located in a quiet private street. Within walking distance you can find a variety of restaurants firsh taverns and pubs (offering local, Italian, Japanese and International cuisine) as well as supermarkets and other shops.
