It is a beautiful double bedroom apartment-maisonette in Kato Paphos, 150m from the Paphos harbor and the sea. The flat is fully furnished with a/c (paid/uppon request) and modern appliances. It has two balconies with an amazing view to the block's common swimming pool. (SWIMMING POOL IS OUT OF ORDER). The flat is located behind the Debenhams building in Kato Paphos. It is a flat of the Basilica Holiday resort
The beautiful apartment in Kato Paphos was a small investment for my family. As it appeared it became the medium for meeting new people and create new nice relationships.
The flat is located in the most lively area of Paphos, 3 minutes walking distance from the harbour; the cafeterias, restaurants, beaches and archaeological park. The flat is facing the inner part of the building. There are all the amenities needed around, plus a large parking area and a supermarket just opposite the property. It is considered the ideal location for vacations in the city!
