Perfect for small, medium, large families and groups. Villa Andromiki is a great gem in the Cypriot countryside. With a spacious lawn area & a large private pool this villa is great for a relaxing holiday Who wouldn’t want to enjoy distant sea and countryside views with a cup of tea or a cold drink? The popular resort of Latchi is just a short drive away. Airconditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WIFI are included in this 5 bedrooms 6 bathroom villa 4 bedrooms have their own private bathroom The villa is set in sizeable grounds with large pool and lawned area surround by a variety of palm trees and plants. Great for relaxing in the sun. The brick BBQ on one side of the pool with an outside dining table and is great for dining alfresco while watching activities in the pool. Here is also a pool table and table tennis table for everyone to enjoy The paved driveway leads to this impressive villa, surrounded by beautiful lawns and flowers, with a covered parking area for 3 cars The front door leads to a spacious open plan villa. Here you will find the lounge with comfortable sofas, a central dining area the well-equipped kitchen is next to it. Patio doors lead to the pool

Androniki Villa is set in the Latchi countryside and is conveniently close to all the amenities of Latchi fishing harbor, shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The authentic village of Polis and it’s charming old town and beach is a short drive away from the villa The villa is located a short drive (even walk) from several mini markets in Latchi. Paphos Old Town, with narrow streets and covered market, is worth a visit, with traditional shops you can buy lace, local trinkets and little safe keeps of your stay in Cyprus. It’s a great place for traditional souvenirs too If you are a fan of seafood, Latchi harbor is the place to go! This beautiful harbor, where the old stone carob warehouses have been converted into restaurants, is great for a relaxing meal. Here you can sit and watch the old fishing boats in the harbour . A few miles east of Latchi, you will find the town of Polis with the relaxing ambiance of its 'square', which features a number of bars and restaurants This delightful 5 bedroom countryside villa is just a short drive from Latchi Beach. Polis and Coral Bay beaches are also a short drive away from the villa There are 3 established golf courses in Paphos
