This is a beautiful 1st floor apartment with modern furnishings, Air-Con (which is set on a timer of up to 2hrs in living area & 5hrs in bedroom) & Communal Pool on a well maintained, quiet complex. Within 10 min walk you will find the picturesque village of Polis, where you will find numerous bars, restaurants, a supermarket and other amenities. The best Blue Flag beach is Latchi Bay, which is a 9 min drive from Polis. This resort offers a wide range of restaurants, shops & local activities Inc watersports and boat trips.
Paphos, is a 30 min drive (approx) and was once the capital of the island. It is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural & natural treasures of the world's heritage sites. Located in Paphos region, Polis Chrysochous (known simply as 'Polis') is a popular tourist attraction which ranks amongst the most naturally beautiful areas of the island. The area is rich in history and includes the Baths of Aphrodite and a variety of nature trails. Also noteworthy is the 16th Century church of Agios Andronikos. Polis is approx 2km from Latchi Harbour, which is known for its wonderful fresh fish and excellent surrounding restaurants. Polis itself has a big selection of shops, wide range of restaurants and a charming square where everyone goes to chat and chill out! In our opinion, Polis retains all the charm of a quiet Cypriot Village, yet has everything you could want for an enjoyable holiday. This apartment is in a fantastic location, whether you are looking for a relaxed holiday or you want to explore the many characteristics the island has to offer. Either way you will leave feeling overwhelmed and wanting to come back and experience more!
