Cy-Blue Villa is located in the St. Elias vicinity, with easy access to the Protaras "downtown" area (restaurants, cafes, pubs). Generous spaces, a 4X8 private swimming pool, sunbeds, free wi-fi, free NETFLIX, BBQ facilities, a garden and private parking. While you will enjoy the quiet, breezy neighborhood, you can also enjoy Protaras' nightlife by taking a short walk in possibly the most picturesque part of the area. The closest beach is Yianna Marie (4 minutes drive) and Sunrise Beach. Cy-Blue villa offers 3 bedrooms (1 baby cod for free) and a bathroom (upstairs) and a large, airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (with shower) downstairs. The living room includes, a large sofa, a dining table for 6 and TV. The kitchen includes an oven and microwave. Ceiling fans and air-condition units are available throughout the property. Walking outside from either the kitchen or living room area you face the private pool, with several sun-loungers, the BBQ area, a shower and another table and chairs for 6 people. The garden offers a relaxing feel coupled with the afternoon breeze. Welcome!
