Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients

This luxury and brand new 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes walk to the popular Protaras strip, the closest beach and the vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras has to offer. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay. As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels and wi-fi connection. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay. You will also find one of the bathrooms with shower and WC on this floor
