This brand new, luxurious two- and three-bedroom Elite Villas with private heated pools are imaginatively furnished and equipped to a very high standard. They are located in a superb position on the newly constructed Alexander Heights. This spectacular south-facing site offers fabulous sea views and is just a few minutes' stroll from the Village Square shops and restaurants and the sports and leisure amenities of the resort. Villas are located within walking distance from the PGA National Golf Course. Private heated swimming pool and hot tubs are perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, and during cooler months the pool can be heated if required. A small artificial lawn is ideal for children’s play or sunbathing, and fragrant plants, bushes, and fruit trees complete the picture. Each villa boasts a welcoming ambiance, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV & spacious living areas. Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stove, fridge, and microwave. Facility highlights: • Comfortable indoor micro-climate, Air conditioning and Underfloor Heating, • Free reliable wireless internet 100 Mbit • Smart TV with International sports and movie channels with playback option • Fully equipped kitchen/dining area comes complete with excellent furnishings and top quality fixtures and fittings • Outdoor BBQ area is equipped with Gas and Charcoal Grills. Extra accommodation places is ON REQUEST. Our properties are well equipped and include bed linen, bath towels and bath robes. All villas are privately owned, they are decorated and furnished to owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom. One infant in a cot is permitted per bedroom. We reserves the right to decline access to the property for tenants that exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. We can also provide 2 Z-fold beds per property which are for children and adults, there is an additional charge of EURO 100 per person per booking. These also come with full bed linen and pillows. Each property has private heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (hot tubs). Pool or jacuzzi heating is available at an extra charge and needs to be paid for prior to the guest’s arrival. Please note that pool heating for these villas is recommended between October - and May and costs an additional amount is EURO 350 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details). Cleaning of the property • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, preparing beds, dusting. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, changing linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7-night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. • The ‘Tidy-Up’ service in the property daily is ON REQUEST. Important Note: No parties or events are allowed at the property. Also, it is not permitted for any outside visitors to enter the property, other than guests stated on reservation. Should this occur, we reserves the right to decline the access to outside visitors and apply a penalty of EURO 1000.

Guests have full access to pay to use all the facilities on Aphrodite Hills Resort. These include: • Championship standard 18 hole golf course, golf practice facilities and academy • Award winning spa • Fitness centre and gym • Tennis academy and courts • Padel tennis courts, basketball court • Football academy: Dream Team Soccer School • Equestrian centre • Children’s playground • A great variety of restaurants & bars (including Cypriot tavern, Italian, Indian, European and more) • The village square also has a supermarket, Costa Coffee and Haagen-Dazs, medicentre, pharmacy, 24 hour ATM machine.
