The apartment can be reached by stairs or lift and has a private parking space in the shade. The property consists of a spacious open plan living area, 2 double bedrooms and family bathroom. There are fly screens on all windows apart from the bathroom and air conditioning throughout. There is a large balcony overlooking Paphos town with extensive sea views that gets the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The lounge features seating for 6, the dining area has an extendable table which also seats 6 and there is a very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Both bedrooms have a double bed with ample wardrobe space. We also have a travel cot. Hand, bath and beach towels are provided. Sleeps 4 adults 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout Private Parking Swimming pool Dish washer Washing machine Towels provided Linens provided Internet TV box for streaming worldwide tv via internet 2 x blow up matresses available on request 2 x full sets of quality golf clubs available for use Selection of snorkeling gear for use. Selection of childrens toys and baby equipment available
I am Chris and together with my wife Lorraine have owned this apartment since it was built 6 years ago. We are based in the UK and until recently the apartment has only been used as our family holiday home. We have a British friend based close to our apartment who will be available in case of an emergency, she can also offer a welcome food pack or pick up from/return to the airport at an additional cost. Please enquire about these services.
Relax and unwind in our fantastic top floor apartment on the edge of the quiet village of Chloraka. Perfectly located between Paphos town and Coral Bay you can take the local bus to both. Excellent range of high class hotels nearby who offer use of their facilities including waterparks at an additional fee. Or simply take in the views and surroundings and stay at the complex with its private swimming pool. To make the most of the surrounding area and the whole of the island, hiring a car is recommended although not a necessity. The apartment is a 20-minute drive from Paphos airport.
