Newly equipped in 2024, all new furniture and appliances. Two separate air conditioners, large living room, separate bedroom and kitchen. Apartment located in a two-levels apartent building with swimming pool. The apartment has a flat screen TV with USB and HDMI sockets with FREE WIFI also provided. It also has private uncovered parking space. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, including towels. You will not have any other expenses as electricity, internet and water are included in the price.

Always ready to assist guests in all requests and any time - both while accomodation process and within whole Your stay at the apartment. The nearest restaurants and markets grossery - just 7 min.walk. Bus stop - 5 min walk. You can enjoy the delightful combination of traditional Cyprus and tourist amenities with Cypriot cafés / tavernas, supermarkets and pubs. Coral Bay Beach (just 2 km - 3 min drive) is one of the best in Cyprus (and Europe) attracts visitors from all over the world, not just for its world famous crystal clear waters and white cliffs, but also for its restaurants, evening entertainment.
